(中科锦泰® Cutting fluid manual)

中科锦泰切削液是中科公司生产的全合成环保型水基切削液，主要用于切割玻璃和晶体，集润滑、冷却、清洗、沉降、防锈、抗菌等功能于一体，可防止玻璃或晶体破裂和划伤，保证切割界面光滑透明，提高加工精度和效率，使用过程中泡沫低、无异味、对皮肤无刺激、对金属无腐蚀。

Zhongke Jintai Cutting Fluid is a fully synthetic environment-friendly water-based cutting fluid produced by Zhongke Company. It is mainly used for cutting glass and crystal. It integrates lubrication, cooling, cleaning, sedimentation, rust prevention, antibacterial and other functions, can prevent glass or crystal from cracking and scratching, ensure smooth and transparent cutting interface, improve processing accuracy and efficiency, and has low foam, no odor, no irritation to skin, and no corrosion to metal during use.

1、功能用途（Functional purpose）

本产品具有润滑、冷却、清洗、沉降等功能，用于切割玻璃或晶体等材料，保护工件和刀具，提高产品质量和切割效率。

This product has functions such as lubrication, cooling, cleaning, and settling, and is used for cutting materials such as glass or crystals, protecting workpieces and cutting tools, improving product quality and cutting efficiency.

2、适用范围（Scope of application）

       本产品适用于切割易碎材料，如平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、钢化玻璃、玻璃首饰、玻璃工艺品、汽车玻璃、手机玻璃、光学玻璃、石英光学产品、蓝宝石、红宝石、氧化铝晶体、锆石、锆晶体、单晶硅、陶瓷芯片等。

   This product is suitable for cutting brittle and fragile materials such as flat glass, float glass, tempered glass, glass jewelry, glass crafts, automotive glass, mobile phone glass, optical glass, quartz optical products, sapphire, ruby, alumina crystals, zircon, zirconium crystals, single crystal silicon, ceramic chips, etc.

3、性能特点（Performance characteristics）

（1）本产品具有优异的润滑性能，减少加工振动，保证加工精度，确保玻璃或晶体光滑透明，防止玻璃或晶体破裂和划痕，防止碎屑飞溅。This product has excellent lubrication performance, reduces processing vibration, ensures processing accuracy, ensures smooth and transparent glass or crystal, prevents glass or crystal breakage and scratches, and prevents debris splashing.

（2）本产品具有优异的冷却性能，可减少工件和工具的热变形，防止受热破裂和断裂，防止产品边缘烧伤，防止产生火花。This product has excellent cooling performance, which can reduce the thermal deformation of workpieces and tools, prevent thermal cracking and fracture, prevent edge burns of the product, and prevent sparks from being generated.

（3）本产品具有清洁功能，可将切削粉末与工件和工具分离，迅速去除粉尘，确保界面清洁，防止粉尘粘附在工件和工具上影响加工效果。This product has a cleaning function that can separate cutting powder from workpieces and tools, quickly remove dust, ensure interface cleanliness, and prevent dust from adhering to workpieces and tools and affecting processing results.

（4）本产品具有沉降功能，能及时沉降粉尘，保持清洁，防止粉尘被带入切割区域，影响加工效率，划伤玻璃和晶体。This product has a settling function, which timely settles dust, maintains cleanliness, and prevents dust from being brought into the cutting area, affecting processing efficiency and scratching glass and crystals.

（5）本产品具有防锈性能，可防止工具和机床因接触水分而生锈。This product has anti rust properties to prevent tools and machine tools from rusting due to contact with moisture.

（6）本品具有抗菌性能，可长期使用，不易变质，不产生恶臭。This product has antibacterial properties, can be used for a long time, is not easily spoiled, and does not produce a foul odor.

4、理化指标（Physical and chemical indicators）

（1）外观：黄色液体  Appearance: Yellow liquid

（2）糖度：35~36  Sugar content: 35~36

（3）pH：8.5~9.5

5、使用方法（Usage）

（1）本品为浓缩溶液，在注入生产线上的储液罐使用前，应先用去离子水稀释。This product is a concentrated solution, which should be diluted with deionized water before being injected into the storage tank on the production line.

（2）稀释比：10%-20%。温度：常温。充分均匀搅拌。Dilution ratio: 10% -20%. Temperature: Normal temperature. Stir thoroughly and evenly.

（3）定期检查储液罐中工作液的剩余量，及时补充适当浓度的工作液。定期更换储液罐中的工作液并清洁储液罐，以防止工作液中金属离子浓度增加。Regularly check the remaining amount of working fluid in the storage tank and replenish the appropriate concentration of working fluid in a timely manner. Regularly replace the working fluid in the reservoir and clean the reservoir to prevent an increase in metal ion concentration in the working fluid.

（4）防止油和其他化学物质进入切削液，以防止故障和危险。Prevent oil and other chemicals from entering the cutting fluid to prevent malfunctions and dangers.

6、包装（Package）

（1）包装规格：25Kg/桶、200kg/桶、1T/桶。Packaging specifications: 25Kg/drum, 200kg/drum, 1T/drum.

（2）包装材料：塑料桶。Packaging material: plastic bucket.

7、运输与储存（Transportation and storage）

（1）本产品不属于危险品，作为普通货物运输。This product is not classified as dangerous goods and is transported as ordinary goods.

（2）存放在阴凉、通风的室内环境中，远离明火和热源。Store in a cool and ventilated indoor environment, away from open flames and heat sources.
